This is the official data deletion request page for the belOS app.

Use this page to ask this salon (powered by belOS) to delete personal data held about you. Your account is not closed — to close your whole account, use the delete account page instead.

How to request your data be deleted

  1. 1Fill in your name and email below, and (optionally) tell us which data you want removed.
  2. 2Tap Submit data deletion request. Your request is sent to this salon.
  3. 3The salon confirms with you by email once your data has been deleted (usually within 30 days).

If you created your account in the app, you can also delete it instantly in Settings → Delete account.

What gets deleted & what we keep

Deleted on request

  • Client profile (name, phone, email, birthday, address, notes)
  • Consultation history, colour formulas and condition notes
  • Before/after and visit photos
  • Appointment and booking history
  • Marketing messages and loyalty points

Kept (required by law / for records)

  • Financial & payment records (invoices, tax) — kept for 5 years per South African tax law.
  • Anonymised usage analytics — kept with no link to your identity.
  • Messages already sent to you (WhatsApp/email) — retained by the delivery provider per their policy.
